From a gameplay standpoint, Find Den of Evil in the Blood Moor and kill all of the monsters inside.

- Then, proceed to find the Cold Plains waypoint.
- While viewing your quest log with 5 or fewer monsters left to kill, if a Fallen Shaman then resurrects Fallen so that there are more than 5 monsters left to kill, the quest counter will instead read "Monsters Left: 666".
