The Key of Terror belongs to the group of 'minor' keys in the Pandemonium Event.

It is a rare drop from The Countess in Tower Cellar Level 5 on Hell difficulty.
It is needed for the crafting of portals to Forgotten Sands, Furnace of Pain and Matron's Den.
The other keys required are Key of Hate and Key of Destruction.
