Korlic's Pain has the chance to drop from the following Act Bosses in Hell: Andariel, Duriel, and Mephisto.

Key details

  • 5% of Andariel's statues will be Korlic's Pain
  • 90% of Duriel's statues will be Korlic's Pain
  • 5% of Mephisto's statues will be Korlic's Pain
  • It serves as an ingredient in Recipe: Portal to Colossal Summit in combination with the other four statues.
  • Once a Portal to Colossal Summit has been created, it takes you to the Colossal Summit where you face Uber Talic, Uber Korlic, and Uber Madawc.
