Description
Mephisto's Soulstone drops from Mephisto in Act 3.
Key details
- Picking it up initiates the quest Hell's Forge.
- Alternatively, if you didn't pick it up, Deckard Cain will grant it to you at the start of Act IV on the first dialogue.
- The soulstone must eventually be taken to the River of Flame and destroyed using the Hellforge Hammer.
- It isn't worth anything to vendors, but sees some niche use in trade scams in place of Annihilus.
