These corrupted Zakarum leaders use the authority and supernatural power granted by Mephisto against anyone who still follows the Light. Council members remain always found in the same spots and they drop better than normal monsters, often yielding multiple stacks of Gold or items, in turn making them prime targets for Magic Finding and Gold Finding. Specialized Gold-Find Barbarians will maximum their X% Extra Gold From Monsters stat and repeatedly run Travincal to slay Council Members and then use the Find Item skill to reap twice the reward, and gain Gold incredibly fast.
