- Use Antidote Potions, Physical Damage Reduction, and Reduced Poison Duration, and fight from range when possible; Cold attacks will not slow Lilith.
- Treat Lilith as a mini-Uber: isolate her from minions, maximize Poison Resistance, and use Life Tap, Prevent Monster Heal, and Crushing Blow.
