Once you have The Horadric Staff completed, Deckard Cain speaks to Jerhyn on your behalf and convinces him that you are trustworthy.
Key details
- You may then speak to Jerhyn and gain access to the Palace.
- There are two levels of the Palace's Harem, then you enter the three levels of the Palace Cellar, and in the middle of Palace Cellar Level 3 you'll find the portal to The Arcane Sanctuary.
