Key details
- Can be made with very cheap and accessible runes.
- An alternative to Peasant Crown, also with +1 all skills.
- Should be replaced with Harlequin Crest as soon as possible!
D2Emu Tips
- While excellent for the level, apart from Sigon's and perhaps an Eye of Etlich there aren't many plus to all skills available at level 27, it is especially useful for Druids and Barbs.
- Excelent leveling Helm for any caster build, until find a Shako or a Peasant Crown.
- Affix-wise similar to Peasant Crown.
