Description

While Light Plate is perhaps most associated with casters because of the low Strength requirements, Heavenly Garb is maybe thematically a best fit for Paladins or another melee character to not lose the bonuses against the undead.

Key details

The Mana Regeneration should help with mana management for Blessed Hammer or other often cast spells.

The 10 all res is useless beyond normal, and the 25% mana regen implies it is good for caster classes/builds, but then the armor also has damage bonus and Attack Rating against Undead, where-as most caster builds don't revolve around using a weapon to attack directly using Attack Rating and physical combat.
Before the Lord of Destruction expansion introduced runewords and exceptional/elite unique items, Silks of the Victor and Heavenly Garb were the best armor for casters.
