Description
Iceblink can be an effective armor for melee characters, but note that the freeze effect doesn't always kick in.
Key details
- In practice, if the monster level is less than or equal to your character level + 1, then you can freeze monsters with it, otherwise it will only chill.
- Consider this a "cheese protection" so that you can't abuse it against much higher level monsters than yourself.
- Having said this, it's a solid enough armor also with good Cold Resistance and can be worn right in time for Mephisto.
