Description
Rattlecage works as an early source of the important Crushing Blow for melee characters.
Key details
- Also it has reasonable defense.
- Also it is an cheap way of still having CB if you want to use a specific weapon that does not have it (A favored example is using Insight on your Merc).
- Of course if you already have CB on your weapon it serves as an additional source, increasing the proc chance.
D2Emu Tips
- Rattlecage is a decent armor for a lower leveled bowazon to wear.
- It's actually an excellent option for a Maul Werebear or Maul/FC Hybrid as I've tested before, because the "Hit causes monster to flee" is obsoleted by the Maul charges " Stun", the minions will become terrored but not move.
- Rattlecage is a great purple colour, looks and works great on a summoner Necromancer.
- Watch out for scammers offering this armor instead of Tal Rasha's Guardianship (they have the same inventory icons).
- Rattlecage in combo with Cleglaw's Pincers or Hit Power Gloves and your ranged character becomes really nasty.
