Description
The Face of Horror is usually a weak helm, and most rare helms will be more effective.
Key details
- The bonus to resistances and strength is solid for most characters, but causing monsters to flee is detrimental to melee builds, as it forces them to chase their targets down.
- For ranged characters, this isn't an issue as it helps keep the monsters from being able to attack.
