  • If your Act 2 mercenary is using Twitchthroe (which is one of the better low level armors for damage), the mercenary can use an Ethereal Battle Scythe Insight on level 27 (an Ethereal Bill Insight can be used on Level 27 without any Strength/Dexterity bonus).
