Key details
- Its low value, relative to other high runes, means it is at least a comparatively attainable source for the highly effective Cannot be Frozen buff.
- Physical damage characters can stick a Cham into a socketed Guillaume's Face or Crown of Ages, for instance, to avoid using Raven Frost and thereby free up a ring slot.
