Description

Eld is the rarest low rune in Hell.

Key details

  • It is mostly used in Faith and Breath of the Dying or to boost shield's block chance, and serves little other use except for Gold or one third of a Tir rune, which is used in several effective low level runewords.
  • Eld Runes can be farmed on Normal Countess with an average of 13 Runs and 9 Runs when cubed.

D2Emu Tips

  • If you already have maximum resistances and don't benefit from rainbow facets or other jewels, you can use an Eld rune in your shield to improve your block chance and save some dexterity points.
