Achmel the Cursed
Achmel the Cursed is a Greater Mummy in Baal's second Throne of Destruction wave. Achmel the Cursed serves as a Poison Enchanted Superunique Unraveler summoned by Baal in "Wave 2" at the Throne of Destruction. He is accompanied by three minions in Normal, four in Nightmare and five in Hell, where they are all Immune to Magic (100%). It is always Immune to Poison (125%) in all difficulty levels. Ten Death Mages also spawn, which are always Immune to Cold (160%) in Hell.

- He is immune to Poison; bring another damage type for him and his wave.
- Achmel's potent poison quickly overwrites weaker poison effects, while his Poison Enchanted resistance bonus applies only to him—not his minions.
- Stone Skin can make Achmel physically immune in Hell; melee builds should carry a non-physical option or use Sanctuary Aura against his undead pack.
- Achmel is not a Demon and cannot be targeted by Bind Demon.
- Baal's five wave leaders use champion-like drop tables, so their drops are generally worse than those of ordinary Unique monsters.
