Bremm Sparkfist

Bremm Sparkfist is a Council Member guarding Durance of Hate Level 3. Bremm Sparkfist belongs to the group of three SuperUnique members of the High Council found on level three of the Durance of Hate, and the sole Council Member on Durance 3 who spawns with minions. Only Mephisto must be killed on that level -- Bremm the other Council Members are not required to finish The Guardian quest and advance to Act Four. Like all Council Members, Bremm casts the pink lightning attack 'Blizzshock', and can cast Hydras. Blizzshock Damage: 8-30 / 44-72 / 92-128 Hydra Damage: 8-11 / 18-23 / 42-52
