Grand Vizier of Chaos
The Grand Vizier of Chaos is a Storm Caster guarding a seal in the Chaos Sanctuary. The Grand Vizier is one of Diablo's seal bosses. He and his pack appear when the uppermost (Western) seal is opened. He features 2 types of attacks, melee and ranged. Both attacks deal Physical + Fire damage, in addition to the Mana Burn that his ranged attacks (Attack 2) deals. Norm: -120% mana regen for 2.8 sec Night: -192% mana regen for 4 sec Hell: -288% mana regen for 5.6 sec The easiest way to kill him (or any other CS superunique, but you can use this trick only on one of them per game) is to break the seal spawning him as the last one (after breaking the other seals and killing the other superuniques). Then you just need to kill the remaining superunique only; his minions will die right away after that.

- He is Extra Strong and Fire Enchanted; leave room for the fire effect when his pack dies.
- His ranged attack suppresses mana regeneration for 2.8 s on Normal, 4 s on Nightmare, and 5.6 s on Hell.
- If the Grand Vizier is the last seal boss spawned, killing him completes the seal sequence and immediately kills his surviving minions.
