Description
Recipe: Elite Version of Set Weapon upgrades the base item of an Exceptional quality set weapon item to the next quality level (the Elite version of the base item).

- For instance, Hwanin's Justice would have its base item Bill (Exceptional) upgraded to Colossus Voulge (Elite).
- Note that its level requirement would become the requirement of the upgraded item's exceptional quality +7 (ie.
- Colossus Voulge Hwanin's Justice = 48+7).

- Upgrading to an Elite base adds 7 levels to the highest requirement imposed by the current item, its base, its affixes, or anything socketed in it.
- Check the Elite base's Strength and Dexterity requirements before upgrading so the character or mercenary can still equip it.
