Colossus Voulge ranks as the highest Damage per Second Polearm that is guaranteed to receive 4 sockets from Larzuk, which makes it a strong choice (especially if it's Ethereal) for a Polearm based runeword including Insight.

D2Emu Tips

  • Not a very popular polearm, It requires a high strength requirement and the base speed is slow.
  • With the release of RotW, this polearm base will likely become more valuable (especially ethereal versions), since the Warlock's Eldritch skills reduce the exigent attribute requirements, and don't degrade weapon durability.
  • You can equip your mercenary with a Perfect Amethyst jeweled Griswold's Heart to reach the strength requirement for a Colossus Voulge Insight.
