Key details

  • It can be made in any 3 socket Helmet with Ist, Ral, Io, in that order.
  • With +1 to all skills, Faster Cast Rate, and Magic Find, all classes will find this an effective helmet in the mid game while waiting for stronger alternatives.

  • More or less cheap runeword for good stats and a budget alternative to a Harlequin Crest in early ladder.
  • Coven is nice for druids, built it into a pelt and have now +4 to Tornado.
