Ritual is a new runeword added in the Reign of the Warlock expansion.

Key details

  • It can only be made in 3 socket Daggers ( Kris, Cinquedeas, Fanged Knife, Blade, Stiletto, Legend Spike), along with Amn, Shael, and Ohm, in that order.
  • It is clearly intended for use by Warlocks that invest in the Eldritch Weapons skill tree, because of its life steal/life after kill, increased attack speed, and enhanced damage stats.

  • Though Ritual lacks in Crushing blow, its 40% Increase Attack Speed really helps with maxing out damage per pixel in Zealers.
  • Probably the worst possible mod they could have put on an endgame Dagger considering the one skill in the game that requires daggers is on a class that hates this mod.
  • Players report finding it an Ohm and don't mind building around it.
  • Ritual in a Blade base, found in Chaos Sanctuary Nightmare.
  • The "Slain Monsters Rest in Peace" Mod is perfect for farming Nihlathak.
