The 1.11 Amazon body armor runeword, Peace is a potent asset to "caster" Amazons, including those specializing in Frozen Arrow, Immolation Arrow, and Lightning Fury.

Key details

  • It utilizes common runes made available via The Countess to any Nightmare-level character, which makes it a reliably-available progression piece for such builds.
  • Peace is somewhat lacking in defensive attributes, but compensates for that shortfall by granting an incredibly durable distraction in the form of a level 15 Valkyrie.
  • Peace is of limited value to non-Amazons, as the ranged combatants that might otherwise appreciate a Valkyrie would be unlikely to manage summoning one.

D2Emu Tips

  • Investing 1 skill point in Valkyrie or using items with + to Valkyrie.
  • Besides having a basically permanent valk that you never have to cast, plus 2 to all amazon skills and plus 2 to Critical Strike helps so much, particularly in the passive and magic tab.
  • Basically ran this on my Bowazon with various 3 socket finds through Nightmare and Hell - It's cheap to create (granted Shael can be a PITA to find / make at times) and 3OS armours come by reasonably often enough for you to 'upgrade' and make a newer model.
  • Putting it on an Act1 mercenary, she will benefit from the +2 skills, however she will never spawn a Valkyrie.
