Key details

  • Affix-wise it is much like Lidless Wall, another midgame caster shield - both grant +1 skill, FCR and mana.
  • Later it is replaced by Spirit, which, even with low required runes, required heavy endgame base shield (the lightest being Monarch).

  • Shrunken Heads can have 1-3 bonuses of +1-3 to specific Necromancer skills.
  • Mod answer: > Assume it's Perfect Diamond you mean, for res. > Splendor is especially interesting for bases that provide something else, i.e. pally shields and even more necro heads.
