Battle Command – Diablo 2: Reign of the Warlock

Description

Increases all current skills levels for you and your party.

Battle Command increases all of your skills and the skills of party members by one.
Battle Command will make you a party favorite, so offer this skill to your party members whenever possible.
This will increase the effectiveness of your whole party in most situations.
Placing additional points into Battle Command will only lengthen its duration, so strongly consider investing skill points in Shout or Battle Orders instead, which also increase Battle Command's duration as synergies, but those skills' effects also improve with skill level.
After casting Battle Command, cast it again.
It will also increase Battle Command skill level, so casting this twice will grant you a longer duration.

Battle Command aura while skill buff is active.
The Runeword Call To Arms (weapons with 5 sockets) grants a level 2-6 Battle Command Oskill.
Patch 2.4: Battle Command Duration baseline increased from 5 seconds to 30 seconds (matching Battle Orders) Tooltip updated to now display Radius.
