Key details
- The more hits you get in, the more life you will steal.
- For Skill Level 1, the first hit is 4%, but by three hits, it will now be +12%.
- The "red ball" will spin around your character indicating the power level of Feral Rage.
- The bigger the ball, the more Life you'll be stealing.

- The unique barbarian helmet Wolfhowl grants a level 3-6 Feral Rage Oskill.
- While this skill has only 5 different visual effects to indicate the charge level, the charge level can increase beyond 5, up to a maximum of 3 + (skill level/3).
- This will be the de facto Attack of choice for Barbarians using Wolfhowl, as none of the Barbarian's Combat Skills can be used in Werewolf form.
