Key details
- While the skill itself is subject to diminishing returns (that is, later ranks increase the player character's speed by less than earlier ranks), Run/Walk Speed +X% from skills including Increased Speed do not suffer from the diminishing returns experienced with equipment-based sources of Faster Run/Walk.
- Each percentage point of Run/Walk Speed provided by this skill will increase the Barbarian's movement speed by a flat.06 yards per second.
