War Cry

Description

Injures and stuns all nearby enemies.

The stunning effect of this skill, especially at higher durations, is extremely effective.
The skill also works well with fast cast rate, especially since all the enemies in melee distance around him stay stunned for as long as he uses it, and can be weakened by his Battle Cry or Taunt as well.
War Cry has a rather small radius, much smaller than any of the other War Cries.
War Cry is subject to a 6 frame Next Hit Delay.
Because the maximum cast rate for Barbarians is 7 frames (at 200% Faster Cast Rate), this is unlikely to cause issues after the Patch 2.7 rework to the Next Hit Delay mechanic.

Patch 2.4: War Cry Damage increased by about 30% Tooltip updated to now display Radius War Cry's mana cost now increases by only 0.75 per level instead of 1.
