- Lowers the physical damage the target inflicts by 33% at level 1 and by 1 percent point more for each level after.

- Patch 2.4: Weaken Damage reduction now scales based on level, from just 33%, to now 33% and +1% per level.
- Furthermore, most player characters affected by Weaken will experience only a very minor decrease to their damage, as off-weapon Enhanced Damage values are typically quite high as a consequence of Skills and Attributes.
