Demonhorn's Edge is a fantastic endgame pick for Barbarians not prioritising magic find.

Key details

  • It grants increased attack speed, high defense, life steal, and a random selection from 1-3 +skills for all Barb skill trees.
  • A perfectly rolled Demonhorn’s Edge is a very desirable item indeed for both PvE and PvP Barbarian builds.
  • The Thorns damage is often overlooked too.

  • Demonhorn's Edge now adds +1 to Barbarian Skills and 20% Increased Attack Speed on top of its three Barbarian skill trees, making it a stronger Barbarian helm. 3.4
  • Demonhorn's Edge is more of a thematic alternative to Arreat's Face / Halaberd's Reign - mostly to wear with similar thorny gear (spiked thorn, Toothrow, and combat a2 mercenary).
  • Barbarian mercenaries from act 5 can also wear Demonhorn's Edge or other barb helms.
