Key details

  • The Cold Duration between 2-10 seconds will, after applying difficulty penalties of 1/2 and 1/4 in Nightmare and Hell respectively, still grant (at best) a three second Freezing Arrow in Hell.
  • Still, it is not typically seen following the early game.
