Description

While Pride's damage is quite mediocre, considering the rarity of runes required to create it, the Concentration aura makes up for it somewhat.

Key details

  • For physically attacking characters, using a Desert Guard mercenary with this weapon can increase their damage quite a bit.
  • This runeword is especially effective for characters that use many minions, including a summon-based necromancer or druid, as the aura benefits the entire party.
  • As of Patch 2.4, Pride can also be built in any Spear, including Amazon Spears.

D2Emu Tips

  • Disappointed in this thing heavily - yes, skeletons get conc aura, but mercenary replaces your curses with this blindin attack and freeze effect shatters mobs you need to raise for your army.
  • With Last Wish + Exile + Blessed Aim Or Holy Freeze mercenary with this weapon you have 5 Auras working together ( including Fanaticism ).
  • A skill level 16 Concentration aura will provide +285% off-weapon enchanced damage in a 30.6 yard radius.
  • Best in slot for act 2 Might Mercenary to support physical Bowazon.
  • Warlock can make use of this runeword at fullest potential with Cursed and Fanaticism Bind Demon Since Warlock does not need corpses to summon minions like Necromancer and can curse them just fine with Cursed and Fanaticism Bind Demon (plus something that can curse them easier), it is a win-win situation to use Pride on…
