Undead fetish family
Bone Fetish
Bone Fetishes are unstable undead remnants of fallen Fetishes whose bodies could not be fully restored by a shaman. Their violent collapse makes them dangerous even after the killing blow. The Bone Fetish belongs to the group of most dangerous monsters in all of Sanctuary. Blisteringly fast and prone to attacking in swarms, these diminutive Undead can easily shatter Bone Armor, obliterate an Energy Shield, trap a character in Block or Dodge animations, or simply send their victims into perpetual Hit Recovery. Walking is simply not quick enough to disengage from a group of Bone Fetishes, while running will rob an adventurer of the benefit of their armor and shield - leaving them completely vulnerable to attacks made as they disengage. To make matters worse, a slain Bone Fetish will explode when their fragile Life pool is depleted, dealing a devastating burst of physical damage to any hapless adventurer nearby. Thus, attempts to defend oneself from these creatures is often the very cause of one's demise.

D2Emu Tips
- Keep this family at range: its members deal heavy melee damage and explode when destroyed.
- The death explosion scales with player count, so crowded games make close-range kills especially dangerous.
- Their death explosion also scales with difficulty because it is based on total monster life.
- On Hell difficulty, the Bone Fetish has 0% chill effectiveness, therefore being not affected by chill or freeze effects.
- Lawbringer's Sanctuary Aura can knock these Undead back and keep them out of melee range.
- Might or Fanaticism makes a Bone Fetish swarm's melee attacks more dangerous; create distance before killing clustered Fetishes, especially while Amplify Damage is active.
- Stack percentage Physical Damage Reduction and create distance before delivering killing blows.
- Act V guest variants can spawn in Abaddon and the Throne of Destruction.
- Multi-hit melee skills such as Zeal, Fury, Fend, and Whirlwind can trigger several death explosions in succession; slow down or switch to a ranged kill.
