His death is not required to complete The Tainted Sun quest Lightning Damage from his Lightning Enchantment stacks on all other attacks. Added Lightning Damage: Norm: 9-14 NM: 27-41 Hell: 64-98 Claw Viper Charge attacks always hit any targets they make contact with, though they can be blocked or Dodge/Evaded. Fangskin's supplies fire to the physical damage. Charge Damage: 6-11 + 6-10 fire 23-31 + 23-27 fire 56-75 + 56-65 fire
