Description

Vigilance is a new runeword added in the Reign of the Warlock expansion.

Key details

  • It can be made in any 2 socket shield (though will most often be made in a Grimoire for the +Warlock skills), with Dol and Gul runes, in that order.
  • The runeword looks effective for Warlocks wanting to bolster their defensive stats, offering generous resistance, block, life, and defense modifiers.

D2Emu Tips

  • Melee Warlocks doesn't really need skill modifiers as their damage comes mostly from damage rating on gear rather than skills.
  • With the nerfs that are now in effect for warlock.
  • Missing CbF, Faster Cast Rate or Magic Find, the Shield is inferior to Rhyme, Splendor and Ars Dul'Mephistos.
