- Blood Boil cannot kill your minions.
- Due to the large amount of fire immune monsters in the game, there is a school of thought where putting hard points into Blood Oath for the synergy is less effective than Engorge.
- The health cost of this skill starts at 15% of your minions health, and decreases by 1% per level, to a minimum of 5% at skill level 11.
- Tragically, the spawns of a bound Vile Mother do not erupt with boiling blood when this skill is used!
- Blood Boil increases with Magefist.
