Key details
- A melee attack that sends out a shot of Chain Lightning that can bounce back and forth between multiple targets.
- Like Chain Lightning, Lightning Strike is subject to a 4 frame Next Hit Delay.
- This can cause the lightning arc to "fizzle out" if it tries to bounce back and forth between targets that are too close together.
