- Often overlooked in favor of Poison Nova, this skill is actually quite effective, especially if you decide to max its synergies.
- Venom: Skill will not cut poison length when paired with the skills: Poison Dagger Rabies Poison Javelin Plague Javelin.
- Unlike previous versions of D2, in D2:R Poison Dagger cannot roll as an auto mod on Wands or Shrunken Heads.
