The Iron Jang Bong sports impressive enhanced damage and bonus to attack rating, neither of which would be effective to a sorceress by the time it can be equipped.

Key details

  • Its bonus to skills is likely outclassed by the Leaf runeword in a good base, or Spirit with a Shield.
  • Sorceresses trying for an early Cold or Lightning specialization can be able to use it through early Nightmare because of a total of +5 to Frost Nova and +4 to Nova.
  • Also, its +4 to Blaze may come in handy with the changes to the skill in update 2.4.
  • In real life, a Jang Bong is a wooden stick used in Hapkido and other martial arts, perhaps explaining the attack bonuses.
